The Scheduling Management Module of the Everything at Work Payroll HRIS System lets you manage the work schedule of your employees, including Holidays, Restdays, regular Working Days, Official Business, Time-Off and Overtime.
Shift Schedule Management
The Scheduling Management Module allows you to define as many shift schedules as you need. Shift Schedules can then be easily applied to an employee or groups of employees for a certain period.
If you are anticipating for an employee to work overtime for a particular period, overtime can be scheduled beforehand by an employee or their supervisor. Pre-approved overtime will then be approved automatically once it is rendered.
Official Business Scheduling
For employees that need to go on training, or need to visit a client, or need to be out of the office for other business-related matters, an official business schedule can be entered into the system so that the employee will not be considered as late, absent or having worked undertime.
